How your order gets to you.
We ship to every U.S. state. Here's how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.

Where we ship
Every U.S. state, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
When it leaves
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. During busy times, holidays and launches it can take a little longer.
When it ships, you'll get an email with tracking.
Ordered in and made for you
Some sizes are ordered in, and custom splits and the Salon Launch Package are made for you. Each one shows the date it will arrive on its page and in your bag, before you check out.
What it costs
Shipping is worked out at checkout, from where it's going and how much it weighs. You choose Standard, Expedited or Priority there.
Picking up in Coeur d'Alene
Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order from the studio at 2087 Main St, Coeur d'Alene, ID.
Tracking your order
Use the link in your shipping email, or follow every order from your account.
Delivered, but not here
If tracking says it was delivered and it hasn't arrived, tell us within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll look into it with you.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address before you order. We can't be responsible for an order delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
