Shipping
This weft is ordered in for you, so it arrives in about 3 weeks.
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, anywhere in the U.S. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, expedited 2 to 3, and priority 1 to 2.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and every order comes with tracking.
Warranty
We stand behind every order. If something arrives wrong, damaged or not up to standard, email adornhair2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace or refund it.
Unused, unopened hair in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is yours unless the item is defective or wrong. Custom orders are final.

How should I choose my shades?
Choose the shades your clients ask for most. A spread from light to dark shows your range at a glance; one shade on every length shows how length changes a look. You choose a shade for each hanger, so you can do either.
What do the upgrades add?
The set comes in 50g at every length. Making the 22" a 70g shows the fuller weight clients choose at length, for $40. Adding a 24" in 70g completes the rail, so it runs every length we make, for $250.
Can I install the display hair?
It's made to be handled, so it's meant for the rail. Order your clients' hair from the shade wall, and it arrives fresh for each install.
When will it arrive?
Your set is made up in the shades you choose, so it's with you in about 3 weeks. The date shows before you add it to your bag.
Does the package earn credit?
Yes. It earns credit like every order, 1% to start and up to 5% as you go, and it counts toward your level.
