Do I need to be certified to order?
No. Any licensed stylist can open a pro account and order. Certification is optional: it adds the hair credit, a place on the map and the marketing support.
How long does a row take?
15 to 20 minutes a row, once you've learned the method.
What holds the weft in?
A crochet hook and silicone-lined beads. The band is thin and flat with holes along it; a bead under each pair of holes takes the client's own hair and holds the row. No sewing, no glue.
What if the size I need is out?
If more is on the way, the date shows on the size and you can reserve it now: it ships the day it lands. With no date, it's made to order.
Can I get two shades in one weft?
Yes. Custom orders are made to your recipe, any two shades split the way you want, in three to six weeks, and you can watch every stage.
How does the credit work?
Every order earns credit from your first, 1% to start and up to 5% as you go. 100 points is $1, spent on hair, tools and class seats.
