Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, anywhere in the U.S. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, expedited 2 to 3, and priority 1 to 2.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and every order comes with tracking.
Warranty
We stand behind every order. If something arrives wrong, damaged or not up to standard, email adornhair2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace or refund it.
Unused, unopened hair in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is yours unless the item is defective or wrong. Custom orders are final.
Which kit should I start with?
The Start-Up Kit has everything for your first installs: threadless pliers, mini scissors, the loop tool, sectioning clips, 15 mini clips, a zip-up pouch, velcro pads for flyaways and silicone-lined beads. The Mini Essential Kit is the core tools only, for touch-ups and travel. The Weft Combo Kit is the Start-Up Kit with the swatch ring and the weft brush.
How many beads come in a pack?
1,000 to a pack. They're 5mm and silicone-lined, so they grip without damaging her hair.
Which bead colour should I use?
The one closest to her roots, so the bead sits unseen. There are five: black, dark brown, medium brown, light brown and dark blonde.
Do the tools work with other methods?
Yes. They're made for the no-sew butterfly weft, and the pliers, loop tool and clips work with other bead methods too.
Can I add tools to a weft order?
Yes. It's one bag: add tools here and wefts from the shade wall, and check out once.
Do I need to be certified to order?
No. Any licensed stylist can open a pro account and order tools, aftercare and wefts.
Do tools earn credit?
Yes. Every order earns credit from your first, 1% to start and up to 5% as you go. 100 points is $1, spent on hair, tools and class seats.
